sometimes i hate my brother for criticizing our student council... he described chung cheng's prefects until they are like wow, perfect like that... then he said opss councillors should go and watch chung cheng's prefect investiture and get some ideas from there...indirectly he is saying that opss student council investiture is boring... wth!
